Procedure for a New Connection

To apply for a new connection, follow these steps:

1. Download the Application Form

   • Visit the ENC website and download the required form.

2. Upload the Required Documents
   Ensure you have scanned copies of the following attested documents:

   • Proof of ownership
   • Undertaking by the applicant
   • Power of attorney (if there are multiple owners)
   • No Objection Certificate (NOC)
   • Attested copy of the applicant’s CNIC
   • Attested copy of the witness’s CNIC
   • Duly signed copy of the concerned tariff

3. Submit the Application

   • Fill out the form and submit it online.
   • Print a copy of the application form.
   • Attach hard copies of all the required documents.

4. Send Documents to the Office

   • Submit the attested documents and application form to the concerned office for verification.

5. Payment of Demand Notice

   • After verification, you will receive a demand notice.
   • Pay the demand notice at the designated bank.
   • Submit a copy of the paid challan to the office.

6. Meter Installation

   • Once the demand notice is paid, your meter connection will be installed.

7. Checking Your Meter Status

   • If you have already paid the demand notice and want to check the status of your meter installation, visit the office or call the helpline.
